Course Schedule: Course schedules are provided at enrollment. Students are responsible for attending classes on time.
Absence and Make-up Classes: Absences are not refundable. Make-up classes are subject to instructor availability and must be scheduled in advance.
Course Deferment: Students may request to defer their course registration and retain their spot for up to 6 months from the original start date, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled start.

3. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

Materials Use: All course materials, including videos, handouts, and online resources, are for personal use only. Redistribution or sharing is prohibited.
Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to course content are owned by Lingua Mastery Institute. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly forbidden.

We collect personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data for course administration and communication purposes.

5. Conduct and Behavior

Code of Conduct: Students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and peers. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the course without refund.
Respect for Others: Offensive language, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated.

Limitations: Lingua Mastery Institute makes every effort to provide high-quality instruction but is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for disruptions due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or technical failures.

8. Miscellaneous

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee specific outcomes or scores from our courses.
No Transfer: Course enrollment is personal and non-transferable to others.
