Refund Policy

At Lingua Mastery Institute, we are committed to providing quality education and support to our students. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. No Refunds on Tuition Fees
Once payment has been made, all course fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reasons after registration is confirmed.

2. Course Hold and Transfer Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. We offer students the option to defer their course enrollment and retain their spot for up to 6 months from the original start date.

To request a course deferment, please contact us at least 7 days before your scheduled start date.
The deferment allows you to reschedule your course within the 6-month period.
The course fee will remain valid for this period; no additional charges apply for deferment.

Special Cases: In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies, we may consider partial refund requests at our discretion, but these are not guaranteed.
